Awarded to Private Reginald Francis Smith of the 1/5th The Queen’s Royal Regiment. Indian General Service 1908 with clasp Afghanistan N.W.F. 1919. Awarded medal on provision of Army Order No. 223 dated 3rd June 1920. I.G.S. 1908 & Clasp (24147 PTE. R.F.SMITH. 5-QUEEN’S RL.R).
