4th Queens Hussars Victorian Officers Waist Belt Clasp. Extremely nice Silver and gilt scarce example. Rectangular plate with seeded finish with burnished edges in brass with gilt finish. Victorian crown at top mounted at center Hussars scrolled cipher on Roman Numeral 'IV'. Sitting on scroll beneath reads 'Dieu Et Monroith'. Framed on either side by oak leaf wreaths. Fixed belt loop and detachable loop present.
