Jubilee (Police) Medal 1887. PC./Inspector John Cronin. C.Div.

Awarded to Police Constable John Cronin (late Inspector). Jubilee (Police) Medal 1887 ( PC J.CRONIN. C.DIVN.). He was born on the 2th March 1859 in Newtounshaudrum , Charleville, Cork. He joined the Police Force, Scotland Yard on the 7^th March 1881. Serving with C Division, Metropolitan Police. Prior to serving with the Police Force John Cronin was employed as a labourer in Brentford as records indicated in the local Brentford Parish Council.Inspector John Cronin was pensioned off, retirement as per service record shows he was discharged on the 30^th July 1902.
