1914-15 Star. Private Albert V. Mobbs 1st Bn Highland Light Inf. DIED

Awarded to Private Albert Victor Mobbs served with the 1st Battalion Highland Light Infantry. 1914-15 Star (10444 PTE. A.V. MOBBS. HIGH: L.I.). Entered French Theatre of Operations on the 30th November 1914. Served in Mesopotamia and later posted to India. He later died in Bangalore in India on the 13th October 1918. He is remembered at Bangalore Hosur Road Cemetery. (with copy MIC, CWGC & medal roll)
