1914-15 Star. (1316 W.P.BROOKES. R.WAR: R.). Awarded to Private William P. Brookes served with the Royal Warwickshire Regiment. Embarked to the French Theatre of Operation 21^st November 1915. Whilst with the Royal Warwickshire Regiment records show he was promoted to Corporal. (with copy MIC and medal roll).
