British War Medal. Private Albert L. Bonney. R.M.L.I.

British War Medal (PO 2969 - S-P-PTE. A.L.BONNEY. R.M.L.I.). An interesting single medal awarded to Private Albert Lancelot Bonney. As this was his one and only medal entitlement. Born 25th July 1898 in County of Berkshire. On joining his civilian occupation is recorded as Farm Manager. Enlisted 25th May 1918 in Southampton aged 19 years 10 months. He was stationed at Devonport Dockyard. (with copy service papers)
