Awarded to Private Ophir Carter of the 11^th London Regiment a Silver Wound Badge recipient. British War Medal & Victory Medal (452762 PTE. O. CARTER. 11-LOND. R.). Born in Dedham in Essex. He enlisted in Lambeth, London on the 5^th June 1916 seeing service in the French Theatre of Operations. Private Ophir Carters medicals record reports that sometime in June of 1917 he is recorded is being a shell shocked casualty. Pair is his only medal entitlement.
