Victory Medal. Private James Wall, 13th Bn. K.R.R.C. K.I.A.

Victory Medal (R-12176 PTE. J. WALL. K.R.RIF.C.). Awarded to R-12176 Private James Wall of the 13^th Battalion Kings Royal Rifle Corps, he entered the French Theatre of Operations on the 4^th September 1915. Records show he was killed in action on the 27^th December 1916. Commonwealth War Graves commission records show him as being remembered on the St Vaast Post Military Cemetery, Richebourg-L’avoue. Pension records indicate his war pension was sent to his mother Mrs A. E. Richardson of Barking in Essex. (with copy MIC, medal roll, CWGC and pension record).
